CUSTOMER SATISFACTION SURVEY
83% SATISFACTION


Following the Customer Satisfaction survey that we recently carried out, we have received some very positive feedback.

83% of participants were satisfied with the services they had received from T-Impact, while 70% felt that the services they received met their expectations. Almost 70% also thought that these services represented good value for money.

Over 90% were satisfied with both the technical and professional capabilities of those people provided by T-Impact. And 85% of those asked were happy with the information they received regarding the progress of projects.

Furthermore, 100% of participants said that they would be happy to recommend
T-Impact to colleagues.

We take all comments seriously and endeavour to build upon them for the future.
